Cancellation Information

Cancellation of a booking of failure to join for group will result in retention of funds by NBB/Royal tour and Travel. If you will notify to the Company 30 days before departure 20% of the reservation of the cancelling party will be retained by NBB/Royal Tour and Travel and balance of the package price refunded. If cancellation will be between 20 days. the company will be cut 50% of the total amount which was been deposited to the company. If is between 15days to 10 days 100% cancellation penalty will apply to the cancellation party at that time NBB/Royal Tour and TRAVEL will be already payed and book for everything according to your package.

Day by Day

DAY 1

This is arrive day at Kilimanjaro Airport pick up one Transferred to Boma Masai Garden at Bomang’ombe 18.3 Km from the Airport. For overnight, Dinner and breakfast.

DAY 2

You wake up early and getting Breakfast then briefing from your guide drive from Bomang’ombe to Londoros Park Gate 1.5Hours from here a forest truck requiring a 4wd vehicle leads to lemosho Glades and a possible campsite walk along a wonderful forest trails to ( Mti Mkubwa ) Big tree camp sites ( 2750M, 3 HOURS).

DAY 3

The hiking gradually steepens and enters the giant heather moorland zone then crosses the shira ridge at 3600M to drop gently down to Shira 1 camp Located by the stream on the shira plateau ( 350 km 5 hrs)

DAY 4

A gentle walk across the plateau lead to Shira 2 Camp on Moorland meadows by a stream 3850M, 1.5hrs) A vanity of walks are available on the plateau making this on excellent acclimatization day.

DAY 5

This is the place moorland will end and start rock path Leads among outcrops out crops Lava Tower (This is optional if one not taking Western breach) Where there are good campsite (4600M, 5hrs) then continue to Barranco hut.

DAY 6

will continue after breakfast we leave Barranco ridge walk up the Barranco wall that ends up at the foot of the heim glacier. Passing along to Karanga Valley (4hrs)

DAY 7

Continuing to the Barafu hut which is a located at (4550M) there we make camp, Rest enjoy dinner and overnight is the very good position to see the two peaks of Kibo and Mawezi.

DAY 8

Wake up to very early around midnight lake touch (Light tea with cookers start trekking to the summit. The UHURU PEAK 5895M/ 8HRS) Spend time at the summit.

DAY 9

This is last day after breakfast walk down to the gate through forest walk ways until to the MWEKA Gate and Meet Transfer drive Guide waiting for you drive back to the Hotel at Boma Masai Garden, Please don’t forget to tip your team because fro tipping you will show the real sastification to the services you receive from your team.
